Here. For Good. Holiday Campaign Tops $35,000
SUNBURY — A long-running Valley holiday tradition has passed $35,000 in donations during its first two weeks. Organizers say the Here. For Good. campaign, run by the Salvation Army, aims for $175,000 to help local families.
They say the effort continues the Needy Family Fund, which has raised $3.8 million since 1987. Recent gifts include $1,500 from the New Berlin American Legion and $1,000 from Michael and Sally Kobus of Lewisburg.
You are asked to please consider a generous contribution to the Here. For Good campaign. Checks can be dropped at any Central Penn branch or mailed to PO Box 186, Mifflinburg. Online donations are accepted at hereforgoodcampaign.org.
