BLOOMSBURG — In Bloomsburg, West Street will close next week for scheduled utility upgrades. Bloomsburg Police say the closure runs through to 20, between West First Street and West Ridge Avenue. Police say PPL crews will replace utility poles during the daily closure from 8am to 5pm.
West First Street is one way; flaggers will direct traffic through the area. Motorists should expect delays and follow directions from traffic control personnel. Authorities advise drivers to use caution and consider alternate routes during daytime work hours.
