Night Work Resumes On Route 405
POINT TOWNSHIP — Night work resumes next week on Route 405 in Northumberland County. PennDOT says drainage improvements begin Sunday about 0.13 mile north of Sports Zone Drive. Drivers will encounter single-lane conditions with flagging Sunday through Thursday from 7pm to 6am.
New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company is the contractor for the $2.8 million resurfacing and drainage project. Work includes milling and paving 3.5 miles between Eighth Street and Ferry Road, along with drainage upgrades, guide rail work, line painting, and new signs. Drivers can check conditions at 511PA.com.
