HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has launched a new campaign warning about gambling risks among young people. Officials say the “What’s Really at Stake” initiative focuses on education and awareness.
The agency says the campaign includes social media outreach, online advertising, and a dedicated website. Officials say the effort coincides with Problem Gambling Awareness Month and the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.
The gaming control board says studies show many college students and teenagers participate in gambling activities. Officials say the campaign aims to highlight potential harms and direct young people to available resources.
Information and support services are available online at WhatsReallyatStake.com and ResponsiblePlay.pa.gov.
