Route 15 Crash Leaves One Dead In Kelly Township
LEWISBURG — One man died in a crash on Route 15 in Union County afternoon. State police say 70-year-old Richard Marion of Watsontown died at Geisinger after the crash around 5pm.
Troopers say his car was struck from behind by a pickup truck driven by a Winfield teen. The name of the 16-year-old driver has not been released.
Police say the teen had minor injuries and refused hospital treatment. A passenger in the car, 69-year-old Valerie Marion of Watsontown, had minor injuries and was taken to WellSpan Evangelical Hospital. State police say the teen driver was not wearing a seatbelt, while the others were.
