MILTON — The News Item reports one of two suspects accused of placing a skimming device on a payment terminal at a convenience store in Milton was denied bail. 28-year-old George Lazar was arraigned on Wednesday for charges related to skimming on a payment terminal at the 7-Eleven store on Race Street in Milton. A second suspect in the skimming case, 33-year-old Patricia Bogdan of Tobyhanna, remains incarcerated in New Jersey and awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania. The News Item reports the skimming device placed by the two allegedly took information from both EBT and credit cards of at least 30 victims at the 7-Eleven.
