DANVILLE — Montour County commissioners highlighted Community Action Month as they recognized the hard work and impact of the local CSO organization. Commissioners said Central Susquehanna Opportunities, the county’s Community Action Agency, is serving many Montour County residents.
Stacie Snyder of the CSO said they provide rental assistance, mental health support, and the mobile food pantry. That pantry regularly serves residents in Danville and Washingtonville areas.
CSO representatives thanked commissioners for their continued partnership and support. Commissioners say the agency plays a vital role in connecting residents with essential resources.
