BENTON — A Columbia County man is accused of hitting his neighbor with a garden tractor during a property dispute afternoon. NorthcentralPA.com reports state police say the incident happened around 2pm along Ridge Road near Benton.
Investigators say Gary Younkers Sr. argued with Damian Yarnell over property lines before allegedly striking Yarnell with the tractor. Authorities say Younkers now faces a harassment citation involving physical contact. No serious injuries were reported in the incident.
