MILTON — Low-cost women’s health screenings are being offered this week and at WellSpan Family Medicine in Milton. Appointments are available from 7am until 11am , and , at the Carpenter Road facility.
Free screenings include blood pressure checks, body composition screenings, skin screenings, pelvic exams, and clinical breast exams. Additional low-cost testing, including Pap tests, blood work, thyroid screenings, and colon cancer screening kits, will also be available.
WellSpan says the screenings are especially helpful for women without insurance, with limited coverage, or high-deductible health plans. Appointments are required by calling 570-768-3200.
