MONTOURSVILLE — Montoursville police say a second Broad Street spa raid has led to more prostitution arrests. Police say officers served a search warrant at Bin’s Asian Spa at 190 Broad Street around 6pm . NorthcentralPA.com reports state police, Montoursville firefighters, and Wellsboro police assisted with the raid.
Police say information from a traffic stop indicated prostitution was occurring at the spa. They say the case is similar to an earlier raid this month at Jia Yuan Spa on Broad Street.
Three people were taken into custody, and police say evidence was seized. 61-year-old Yu Chen is charged with promoting prostitution, soliciting prostitution, and criminal use of communication.
