BLOOMSBURG — A Beavertown man is facing felony charges after an undercover police sting in Bloomsburg. The Press Enterprise reports 45-year-old Bobby Lee Boyer answered an online ad offering sexual acts for money. The newspaper also reports, 74-year-old Scott Hudelson of Berwick also answered the ad.
Police say the ad used a photo of a female state trooper altered to make her appear younger. Investigators say Boyer expected to meet a teen near Town Park just before midnight . Court papers say he drove away from police at speeds over 100 miles an hour. Both Boyer and Hudelson are facing a series of felony charges.
