MORDANSVILLE — The Press Enterprise reports a man died at his home in Columbia County after being trapped under a golf cart that rolled down an embankment Wednesday. Columbia County Coroner Jeremy Reese said that 83 year old Kenneth Fries was driving a three-wheeled golf cart on his property on Black Run Road when the cart rolled for unknown reasons. Reese said that Fries was trapped under the golf cart and found unresponsive by a family member after he didn’t return to the house. Reese pronounced Fries dead at 4:20 p.m. Hemlock Township Police are investigating the accident.
