White Deer Township, Pa. — NorthCentralPA.com reports two people have been arrested for allegedly raping and abusing a child for several years. 46-year-old Allen Keister and 44-year-old Melissa Keister, formerly of New Columbia were taken into custody recently. Allen Keister was charged with felony rape, statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors. Melissa Keister was charged with corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of a child. State police say the abuse started when the girl was 9 years old and continued for eight years. Troopers say the majority of the sexual assaults occurred at a home in White Deer Township, but the victim claimed she was also raped at Brown Park in Milton and other locations.
