SELINSGROVE —State police say a 56-year-old Selinsgrove man faces felony charges after a strangulation incident involving a teenager. The incident happened around 9pm, , on Flint Valley Road in Washington Township, Snyder County,
Police identify the defendant as Warren O’Connell. The alleged victim is a 16-year-old male from Selinsgrove. Troopers say they responded after the dispute had ended and filed felony strangulation, and other charges.
