DANVILLE — The Danville Business Alliance has scheduled free events throughout August, including markets, concerts, wellness programs and a movie. The month also features its new Summer Staycation shopping promotion.
The Growers’ Market runs Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon on Ferry Street.
In Danville’s Memorial Park, Jeff Mammet performs at 7 p.m.
In Canal Park, Bloom Jazzercise meets at noon. Also, “The Goonies” will be shown at 6 p.m. at Canal Park. That’s where Pure Health by Andrea holds a wellness session at 6 p.m.
