SUNBURY — A Sunbury man faces felony charges after police say he fired a gun during an altercation night. Police say the incident happened near Fourth and Race Streets. The Daily Item is reporting… Tyquan McFadden of North Fourth Street is charged with aggravated assault and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure. Police say surveillance video showed McFadden chasing another man while holding a firearm.
Investigators say they found a spent casing and a bullet hole in a nearby Race Street home. The other man told police McFadden fired one shot during the confrontation. Police say McFadden later contacted officers and arranged to turn himself in. He was taken to Northumberland County Jail pending arraignment.
