STATE COLLEGE — Fourteen people are charged following an investigation into an alleged cocaine-trafficking operation involving Penn State students and two fraternities. Attorney General Dave says 13 defendants were students during or near the time of the alleged activity in 2023 and 2024.
Investigators say cocaine was obtained in Philadelphia and New York, then packaged mainly at Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi fraternity houses. Four defendants face felony corrupt organizations and related charges, while others face felony or misdemeanor counts. A-G says at least four defendants are current Penn State students.
