SUNBURY — Schools across Weis Markets’ seven-state market can now seek financial support through Weis 4 School. Weis Markets says registration is now open for pre-K through eighth-grade schools.
The funds come from customers who connect their Weis Rewards card to a participating school. Weis says qualifying purchases will generate donations through the Weis Markets Charitable Foundation.
The company expects the program to provide about $500,000 to participating schools. Public, private and religious schools, along with daycare centers, are eligible. Schools and customers can register at weis4school.com.
