HARRISBURG — Measles cases continue climbing across central Pennsylvania, with Snyder and Northumberland counties among the local trouble spots. State health data now show 21 cases in Snyder County and seven in Northumberland County.
Centre County has reached 15 cases, while Perry County has four and Dauphin and Lycoming counties each have three. Union County now has two cases, while Columbia County remains at one.
The state Department of Health says the statewide total has reached 460 cases across 31 counties. That includes 36 new cases reported since Wednesday and 83 hospitalizations.
