The Daily Item reports a Milton man accused of burying the body of a 3-day-old baby in the backyard of a Sunbury home will remain jailed on an ICE detainer while awaiting trial. The newspaper reports 31-year-old Donan Maradiaga had a pre-trial conference continued Monday after the court appointed him a new attorney. Maradiaga is charged with concealing the death of a child and abuse of a corpse. Police say he buried the baby after discovering a teenager in the home gave birth to the baby with no medical assistance and the baby died.
