LEWISBURG — NorthcentraPA.com is reporting… A 31-year-old man living in the US illegally was arrested after police say he stole a boy’s bicycle. Court papers show the boy’s mother reported the bike missing August 9. Someone spotted the bike at a local business.
The suspect, identified as Uriel Laguna of Lewisburg, appeared intoxicated when officers confronted him and later admitted to taking the bike. Laguna faces misdemeanor theft and receiving stolen property charges.
