A Sunbury man has been charged with theft by deception in Snyder County. State police say 40-year-old Ramel Lyles, owner of RJS Automotive on Routes 11 and 15 in Monroe Township, sold a vehicle to a woman without telling her the vehicle was from a salvage yard in New Jersey. The woman from Howard, paid $3,000 for the vehicle, but ownership was never transferred to her. An audit of RJS Automotive resulted in several more violations according to state police.
