LEWISBURG — Bucknell University has announced that Ken Freeman ’72 will deliver the Commencement address for the Class of 2026. The 176th Commencement ceremony is scheduled for , at 10am on Malesardi Quadrangle.
Ken Freeman is a first-generation college graduate and the namesake of Bucknell’s Kenneth W. Freeman College of Management. University officials say his career spans corporate leadership and higher education, including roles as chairman and CEO of Quest Diagnostics and as interim president of Boston University.
Bucknell University President John C. Bravman says Freeman reflects Bucknell’s values of ethical leadership and impact. Freeman served three terms as a Bucknell trustee and chaired the Board of Trustees from 2009 to 2018.
