MILTON — A Milton man faces multiple theft-related charges from separate incidents reported last summer. The Standard Journal reports that 36-year-old Daniel Engleman has been charged in cases investigated by state police and Milton police.
State police filed felony ‘access device fraud’ and other theft charges. The newspaper reports the case involves money taken from a Cash App account after a cellphone was lost.
The Standard Journal report indicates investigators say the phone was later found, police allege Engleman received funds from the victim’s account while the phone was missing. Milton police also charged Engleman in connection with a stolen dirt bike, he’s jailed on $100,000 bail.
