MONTGOMERY — NorthcentralPA.com is reporting… A woman is accused of attempting to strangle another woman inside a home in Montgomery. Police say the incident happened ; 28-year-old Patricia Ireland allegedly attacked the victim from behind using a cord.
Officers say the victim was sitting at a table working on a computer when Ireland threatened to kill the victim during the incident. Ireland is charged with strangulation, assault, terroristic threats, and harassment. Police say she is held on $30,000 bail ahead of a hearing.
