Sunbury PD Investigating Stabbing on Court Street
SUNBURY — WNEP is reporting… Police closed part of a street in Sunbury for several hours on Saturday while they investigated a possible stabbing. State and local police were on the scene investigating in the 900 block of Court Street. Police say they responded to a 911 hang-up call from a home in that area shortly before 5 a.m.
When police arrived, they found signs that someone may have been stabbed. They are currently looking for a victim, believed to be a male with a stab wound or a cut on his hands. Sunbury police say they are questioning three people about the incident in Northumberland County.
