The Daily Item reports a Sunbury man accused in a 2023 shooting death will stand trial in July. The newspaper reports Jose David Jusino-Morales is charged with homicide for the shooting death of Eliud Marrero-Morales on Market Street in November of 2023. When officers arrived on the scene, they found Marrero-Morales dead on the street. After an investigation, it was determined Jusino-Morales was arguing with him and shot him.
