COLUMBIA-MONTOUR — The Columbia Montour Visitors Bureau is bringing back its free Master Angler Passport program starting . Organizers say the catch, photo, and release program runs through the end of the year.
Officials say anglers can log catches using the iAngler app to earn points by species. Youth need six species and adults need nine to earn Master Angler status, with prizes and a grand prize drawing planned.
