HARRISBURG — Flags across Pennsylvania are flying at half-staff to honor the two firefighters killed in Berks County. The tribute follows the line-of-duty deaths of Walnuttown Fire Chief Jeff Buck and Assistant Chief Robert Shick Jr. The order applies to all state facilities, public buildings, and grounds until further notice.
