HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania’s 2026–27 hunting seasons will again include Sundays within most established season dates. The Game Commission says seasons that previously ended on Saturdays will now typically extend through , expanding opportunities for hunters across the state.
The Game Commission says migratory game birds remain excluded from hunting due to federal regulations and survey feedback. Efforts to return the start of deer season to have not had any impact, as the traditional opener remains in place under the newly approved season structure.
