MAHONING TOWNSHIP — Night work is set to begin soon along a busy Montour County roadway. PennDOT says a water main project starts on Bloom Road between Academy Avenue and Glenbrook Street. Officials say drivers should expect single-lane conditions nightly from 9pm to 6am through .
