MIDDLEBURG —A Selinsgrove man has been sentenced to 36 months of probation for stalking his next-door neighbor. 44-year-old Gregory Shea was convicted by a jury of stalking and loitering and prowling at night.
Snyder County District Attorney Heath Brosius says Shea was ordered to serve the first 12 months on house arrest with electronic monitoring. He was also ordered to undergo a mental health assessment and follow any recommendations.
Prosecutors say Shea continued contacting and watching the victim after state police told him to stop. Brosius says the victim and her family helped document the behavior.
