MONTOUR TOWNSHIP — WOLF-TV reports a Montour Township man is facing charges after police say he was found naked on a porch June 18. Police say officers were called around 3:10pm to the area of Golden Valley Drive and Hawk Ridge Road.
Montour Township Police say Jaysen Smith made inappropriate remarks to officers and an emergency medical technician. Police say he refused commands and resisted when officers tried to take him into custody.
WOLF-TV reports Chief Philip Savidge was injured during a struggle when both men rolled down concrete steps. Smith faces charges including indecent exposure and resisting arrest.
