Montgomery Motorcyclist Killed In Delaware Township Crash
MILTON — A 50-year-old Montgomery man was killed Saturday in a motorcycle crash in Delaware Township, Northumberland County. State Police identify the victim as Adam Erdly. They say the crash happened around 1:30 p.m. at Routes 44 and 405. Erdly was traveling north on Route 405 when a car pulled out in front of him.
State police identify the car driver was Arman Shirazi of Nanticoke, they say he suffered a suspected minor injury and was taken to Geisinger. His passenger was treated at the scene for suspected minor injuries.
This is the second fatal motorcycle accident in Northumberland County in the past two weeks. July 14, Sunbury residents Brian and Megin Wallace died after a vehicle pulled out in front of their motorcycle.
State police have not charged anyone after these two motorcycle fatalities.
