NorthCentralPA.com reports a Spring Mills man has been charged in Union County with failing to comply with Megan’s Law requirements while living at a home in Mifflinburg temporarily.
28-year-old Freddy Emery was placed on the sex offender registry in 2017 when he was sentenced to prison for having sex with a girl younger than 16 and possessing and sharing lewd images of a young boy. Emery was arraigned in Union County on August 13th and released on bail.
