SELINSGROVE — Susquehanna University welcomed 537 new students with a message focused on preparing them to think critically in an AI-driven world. University President Jonathan Green says students must learn to separate reliable information from misinformation and use technology with sound judgment.
The incoming group includes the Class of 2030 and transfer students from 19 states and 17 countries. Susquehanna says the students average a 3.7 GPA, with 60 joining the Honors Program. Twenty-eight percent are the first in their families to attend a four-year college. Thirty-eight percent will participate in NCAA athletics.
