BLOOMSBURG — A 9-11 remembrance is coming to Bloomsburg University.
A firefighter who survived the World Trade Center attacks will help audiences remember through storytelling and music. Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg says “Behind the Lines: A 9/11 Story” will be performed at 7:30 p.m. in Carver Hall.
The production tells the story of FDNY firefighter Bill Spade, the only survivor among 12 members of his company who responded to the terror attacks.
Modern Warrior Live combines Spade’s experiences with music from internationally acclaimed trumpeter Dominick Farinacci. The performance opens the Journey Bank, Arts in Bloom, Performing Arts Series. More information is available at www.commonwealthu.edu.
