A Perry County man is facing felony theft charges in Lewisburg. The Daily Item reports 50-year-old |Glenn E. Miller of Newport was charged with four counts of felony retail theft. Miller is accused of stealing $900 worth of electronics from Walmart in Lewisburg throughout October and September.
